Built Green Raters
Built Green Colorado requires that each Builder member use a certified energy rater from the list below to comply with the required 5% random inspection process, please click on the company name to pull up a list of individual certified raters from each company. Builders, please make sure that the rater performing your inspections is on one of the lists below. Prices may vary from each rating company; price depends on what service is negotiated between each builder and the rating company. Builders please note that Built Green Colorado only requires an insulation inspection to be performed pre-drywall and the final inspection to ensure compliance with the Built Green Checklist. We do however, recommend, that all builders receive at least 3 hours per year of consultation from the selected rating company, to ensure compliance with the documentation requirements and the new checklist which is released in October of each year.
